In Delaware, the iCanConnect program is administered by the University of Delaware – Center for Disabilities Studies (CDS).
Established over two decades ago, CDS strives to enhance the lives of people with disabilities throughout communities in Delaware. As the administrator of the Delaware iCanConnect program, the organization is providing communications equipment as well as one-on-one training to low-income people with combined hearing and vision loss.
CDS partners with various agencies throughout the state to ensure people who are deaf-blind can enjoy greater independence and fully participate in the life of their communities in Delaware and beyond.
