The Colorado Division for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and DeafBlind (CDDHHDB) administers iCanConnect in Colorado.
Under the Department of Human Services, CDDHHDB provides a number of services, including telecommunications equipment and accessories to qualified Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing citizens of Colorado. In 2012, iCanConnect enabled CDDHHDB to expand its telecommunications service by providing qualified DeafBlind individuals with modern telecommunication tools, granting two-way communication between DeafBlind and the community at large. Such technology includes smartphones, laptops, braille devices and much more.
