The iCanConnect California program helps eligible Californians who are deafblind obtain communications equipment, individualized training, and ongoing support to improve communication with family, employment, education, healthcare, and community life.

The program is administered by Communication Services for the Deaf, Inc. (CSD) in close collaboration with iBraille,LLC. Together, the organizations work to provide timely, consumer- centered services throughout California. Through its extensive local expertise and longstanding community relationships, iBraille serves as CSD’s primary implementation partner, providing individualized needs assessments, equipment installation, training, and outreach under CSD’s guidance.
